About the course and target audience
This training course is a comprehensive programme in aesthetic cosmetology designed for aspiring specialists and practising cosmetologists with little experience. The course is business‑oriented and hands‑on: participants will learn modern skincare and beauty techniques and master both device‑based and injection rejuvenation technologies. Upon successful completion an official certificate recognised by the industry is issued. The certificate entitles you to open your own beauty studio or work as an aesthetic cosmetologist in a salon, clinic or beauty studio. The programme includes both theoretical sessions and practical skill development. The presentation lasts about 30 minutes, which is ideal for beginners.
The course is offered by the training academy 4ever Beauty Land in Dortmund, Germany, which is a member of the NiSV Bildungsallianz (Educational Alliance for Cosmetology). This guarantees compliance with official training quality standards.
Course programme and certificates
After completing the training, graduates receive multiple certificates confirming mastery of the core modules:
- Fachkosmetik. The basic module covers fundamental knowledge of skin anatomy and types, hygiene standards and classical facial and body treatments. Participants learn surface cleansing, facial masks and massages, eyebrow and eyelash care, make‑up basics and other basic techniques. This module lays a solid foundation for the profession and helps to understand the principles of maintaining skin health.
- Medizinische Kosmetik. An advanced module dedicated to solving dermatological problems and therapeutic skin care methods. Students learn about correcting acne and post‑acne, treating pigment disorders, scars, couperose and other conditions that require a medical approach. It focuses on more intensive rejuvenation procedures (medium‑depth chemical peels, device‑based methods) using certified products and equipment. This approach activates skin renewal and eliminates pronounced defects.
- Aqua Facial. Study of the popular technology for deep cleansing and hydrating the skin using vacuum‑based hydrodermabrasion. The device gently exfoliates keratinised cells, cleanses pores and simultaneously saturates the skin with serums. The procedure increases hydration, helps to eliminate fine wrinkles, pigmentation and post‑acne and leaves the face fresh and glowing. Students practise performing Aqua Facial and assess its effectiveness for different skin types.
- BB Glow. The latest Korean microperforation technique in which a device with ultra‑fine needles delivers a pigmented serum based on hyaluronic acid, vitamins and whitening ingredients into the upper layer of the skin. This evens out skin tone and texture, lightens pigmentation and gives the face an even complexion without make‑up. Indications (dull complexion, freckles, post‑acne, enlarged pores), technique, formulas and aftercare are covered.
- 5D microdermabrasion. Mastering the technique of device‑based surface skin peeling using diamond‑coated tips. The device removes the top horny layer of the epidermis, improves skin texture and reduces fine wrinkles, post‑acne scars, pigment spots and enlarged pores. The method is painless and non‑invasive; students learn to select the grit level and achieve smooth, renewed skin.
- Thread lifting. A minimally invasive tightening of the facial skin using special threads, including golden threads, which create a subcutaneous framework and stimulate collagen production. Indications (ptosis, wrinkles, reduced turgor), materials (gold, PLA/PLLA, PDO) and protocols are discussed. Although resorbable threads are now common, understanding thread lifting techniques remains basic for non‑surgical contour correction.
- Hair therapy. Module devoted to hair and scalp care. It studies hair structure and growth cycle, problems such as seborrhoea, various types of alopecia and brittleness and ways of solving them. Training includes selecting therapeutic cosmetics, device‑based and injection procedures including scalp mesotherapy and PRP, laser therapy and massage techniques. The aim is to strengthen follicles, improve structure and density, prevent hair loss and provide home care recommendations.
- Mesotherapy for face and body. Detailed study of the injection method of rejuvenation and skin treatment using microinjections to a depth of 0.5–4 mm. Active cocktails (vitamins, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, peptides) improve metabolic processes, stimulate cell renewal and collagen synthesis. Mesotherapy of the face (hydration, lifting, treatment of couperose and acne), body (cellulite correction, local fat, stretch marks) and scalp is covered. Attention is paid to techniques (napage, papular, bump), cocktail selection and aseptic requirements.
- Microneedling. A rejuvenation technique using controlled micro‑injuries with a dermaroller or dermapen. Thousands of microchannels trigger regeneration, increasing collagen and elastin production. This makes the skin firm and smooth, improves texture and tone and reduces wrinkles and enlarged pores. The training covers penetration depth for different zones, indications (photoaging, post‑acne scars, pores, striae), contraindications and aftercare.
- RF microneedling. Combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy: thin needles deliver high‑frequency current into the dermis, causing simultaneous microdamage and heating. This produces a powerful lifting effect, densifies the skin and reduces scars and stretch marks. The module introduces RF devices, parameters (power, depth, impulses), advantages over classic microneedling and safe technique.
- Acid peels. Module dedicated to controlled exfoliation of the skin using acid formulations. Surface, medium and deep peels are examined, along with the selection of acids (AHA, BHA, PHA, TCA) according to skin type and task. Chemical peeling improves complexion, smooths the relief and reduces pigmentation and wrinkles. Emphasis is placed on preparation, sensitivity tests, neutralisation and aftercare for a safe result.
- Tooth whitening. Technology of aesthetic whitening of dental enamel using permitted concentrations of gels and light systems. A peroxide‑based gel is activated by an LED lamp, releasing active oxygen that breaks down pigments. Safety rules (gum isolation, exposure time, reducing sensitivity), differences between home, salon and clinical methods, indications and limitations are discussed.
- Herbal Green Peel. Natural herbal peeling based on a mixture of crushed herbs, algae, enzymes and vitamins. When rubbed in, the mixture causes controlled exfoliation of the upper layers and triggers regeneration without aggressive chemicals. Variants Fresh‑Up, Energy and Classic with different depths, indications (dull or rough skin, enlarged pores, post‑acne, pigmentation, age changes) and aftercare are examined. It is an organic alternative to chemical peels with minimal allergy risk.
- Body contouring. The final module covers non‑invasive body shaping technologies: vacuum‑roller massage (LPG), ultrasonic cavitation, radiofrequency body lifting, pressotherapy, cryolipolysis and others. The aim is local reduction of fat deposits, reduction of cellulite, tightening of sagging skin and improvement of the silhouette. Students learn the physiology of adipose tissue and the mechanisms of vacuum, ultrasound, radiofrequency and electrical stimulation, take measurements, develop treatment plans and combine methods for optimal results.
Certificate and career opportunities
After successfully completing all modules, a unified certificate is issued. This document is officially recognised by the beauty industry in Germany and by international partners. With this certificate graduates can:
- open their own cosmetology enterprise and independently provide qualified services to clients;
- take up a position as an aesthetic cosmetologist in an existing centre, clinic or salon where specialists with proven skills are required.
Thanks to the broad training profile – from basic care to modern device‑based methods – graduates possess competitive skills and can specialise in selected directions (device‑based cosmetology, injection methods, trichology) or offer a comprehensive range of services. The official certificate and the academy’s membership in the Bildungsallianz enhance the trust of employers and clients, opening excellent prospects for career growth.
Final examination
At the end of the course there is a final examination consisting of a theoretical assessment of the knowledge of all modules and a practical demonstration of skills. The exam is administered by a commission of the academy. Only after passing the exam is the certificate issued. This approach ensures a high level of training and readiness of graduates to work with clients.
